Whatever your ability or age there is bound to be something to get you going. Try something new, play safe with something you’ve done before, learn a new technique or try out new ways of doing things or just come for the pleasure and relaxation of good company!
Machine Embellishing with Cindy Cogan
You will have the opportunity to create a piece of cloth which you will make into either a glasses case or a purse. A kit will be available with everything that you will need at a cost of £3.00.
Cindy is very talented, having gained a diploma in Creative textiles, and she will bring samples of her work to give you inspiration for using your embellisher.

‘All Squared Up’ with Jennie Rayment
An extremely entertaining tutor and a fun day.

Convergence Wall Hanging with Kim Shaw
Based on Ricki Timms’ book this makes an excellent background for applique.

Further Notes
- Workshops are usually from 10am to 4pm and it is important to arrive early enough (not before 9.30am) so that you can set up in time for the class to start promptly at 10am.
- Non-members are welcome to attend one workshop after which they will have to belong to Norfolk Quilters in order to attend any future workshops.
- Tea and biscuits are always available all day but please remember to bring your own packed lunch.
